What's included?
Senoir Portraits
Your senior portrait session will be a one hour session with the option of wearing 2 outfits. These will be the photos you send to your yearbook and should be done later in the summer or early fall depending on what you like and your school's deadline for senior photos. This includes 30 edited images with the option to purchase more
4 Themed sessions
Throughout the school year, you will have the option to participate in 4 themed sessions. You can pick which ones you want to participate in and you can participate in none or all four! The themes include an Announcement Shoot(mandatory), a Fall session, Winter Festivities, and a Spring session. Exact themes are TBD **Outfits must be approved for these sessions**
Friend/Family Session
During your time as a rep, you can schedule a session with either your best friend(s) or your family. This session is limited to 5 people (unless we speak otherwise.) This session will be a maximum of 60 minutes and you will receive 30 edited images with the option to purchase more.
graduation session
The final stretch! You're almost there! This is BOTH a group and individual session meaning we will take some group photos and some individual photos in your cap and gown. There will be props provided. This session will be ~2 hours and you will receive 45 edited images with the option to purchase more!
The Selection Process
application
First things first, you have to apply! Click on the button above to apply to the program. This application is to simply see your interest in the program and learn about you! Only ten people will be selected, so make sure your answers are honest and thorough.
Application opens February 15, 2025, and ends March 15, 2025.
Review
After the deadline, I will review the applications and select the ten ambassadors. I'm looking to see if you're interested and committed to this program.
Unfortunately, I cannot choose everyone, so please don't be discouraged if you are not picked. The decision is a hard one to make since most applicants are stellar!
Announcement
By April 1, you will be notified whether you were chosen as an ambassador. If you're selected, you will sign a contract ensuring that in exchange for your posting about Girasoles, you will receive all the sessions listed above. Once we begin our sessions, I will feature each ambassador on my social media.

What is a Senior Rep Ambassador?
A Senior Rep Ambassador is a high school junior at the time of application who chooses to represent only Girasoles Photography throughout their senior year. In exchange for representing Girasoles Photography through social media and word of mouth, you will receive seven sessions for only $600 for half of your junior year and the whole of your senior year!
What are my requirements to apply?
To be considered for the Senior Rep Program, you must currently attend a high school in the Merrimack Valley. You must be a current junior graduating in 2026. Lastly, you must be willing to post photos from every session you participate in and be an ambassador for Girasoles Photography.
What is Girasoles Photography looking for in a Senior Rep Ambassador?
The most important part of being an ambassador is sharing and tagging me in the photos we take throughout the year on social media. You must be willing to post our sessions to your social media once a month. I'm also looking for ambassadors who are excited to meet the other ambassadors and will contribute to the team's positive experience and atmosphere.
Am I required to go to all the themed group sessions?
It is not required, but it is highly encouraged that you attend as many as possible to get the most out of this experience. You will, however, still be required to share a post each month and may have to use photos from previous sessions to do so.
Can I use another photographer's services?
As an ambassador for Girasoles Photography, you agree only to use me as your photographer. By committing to being an ambassador for half of your junior year and all of your senior year, you're entering a contract to represent and advertise for Girasoles Photography in exchange for seven photo sessions(some being optional), fun experiences with peers, and memories to last a lifetime. You cannot post photos from another professional photographer until your contract ends. You will lose the money already paid and any remaining sessions if this contract is breached.
What is the value of the Senior Rep Program?
For $600 and advertising for Girasoles Photography, you will receive $2100 worth of photo sessions and memories to last a lifetime!
