Printing photos has become lost in a digital world. As a family photographer serving families in the Merrimack Valley, I really value having prints and giving my clients printing options directly through my gallery. But whether it’s through your gallery or Walgreens, here are three reasons printing your photos is still relevant.

#1: It decorates your home with love!

I don’t know about you, but I love walking into my home and seeing the smiling faces of my loved ones surrounding me. My parents, my friends, my in-laws, all the people I care for the most are always in my line of sight, reminding me that I am not alone. After a long day, it can really help to soothe me as I calm down from a busy day!

#2: You can show it off to family and friends!

My husband gifted me photo albums of our wedding pictures for Christmas, and I love when people come over and look through them. I get to show off the beautiful pictures of two unforgettable days and see people smiling and dancing. Here’s a link to Shutterfly, where he made the albums and had them printed! They have so many options that I highly recommend checking out.

#3: The memories made last a lifetime, and you get a reminder of them every time you see a print!

Family photo sessions are meant to be fun. My goal is to help you create and capture memories you can cherish forever. One of my favorite family sessions was the Dennis Family. We had so much fun and baby Otto was great to work with! We got some great, sweet family moments, and some fun, silly memories, making it a session the family has come to cherish over the years. Bonus points if it’s in a meaningful location, like a special family hangout in the Merrimack Valley.

Your family photos should be something you’re proud and excited to share with others. I know that the families I’ve served in the Merrimack Valley area have loved their photo sessions and have been able to make and share their favorite memories. Doing photoshoots in this area has led me to find new places that are really cool to photograph, like the Tenney Castle Ruins and the NH Audubon Massabesic Center.
